This is a great piece of exercise equipment. Much better than your standard elliptical - have been using it for almost a decade and I still use it and it works great

Love the machine. We were moving and a part of it broke during the move. Contacted customer service and they had the part and sent it to me right away. I had considered repairing the plastic part if it was no longer made....but they had one! Above and beyond the call of duty.

I’ve been playing sports and working out since I was a kid. Recently I began having hip pain each time I would use stepper or elliptical . This was caused by repeating the same “forward” movement. The Helix solved my problem because of it’s lateral movement, which provides a much different movement and strengthens your entire lower body, knees, hips, and even core. Great pain free workout and I’m very happy with my Helix. Great company and product. 👍🏼
