Shipping Policy

How much will my Helix cost to ship?

Please be sure to complete the shipment details upon checkout to determine the proper freight quote and to avoid shipment delays and errors. 

How do Helix products ship?

Helix Lateral Trainers are always shipped by Common Carriers. All Helix Lateral Trainers will be shipped on a pallet.  Once your order has shipped, the transportation company will call you to arrange for a delivery appointment.

Can I get expedited shipping for the Helix?

Due to their size, Helix Lateral Trainers are not able to be transported via expedited shippers such as Fedex or UPS.

How fast will my Helix ship?

Currently, Covid 19 has affected our ability to ship orders as quickly as we'd like due to Covid restrictions at our warehouse in California. However, we do our best to ship orders placed Sunday to Wednesday within 48 hours and orders placed Thursday to Saturday will ship typically ship Monday or Tuesday.  

Tracking on orders:

Tracking for your order will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received this notice.
