Helix Registration

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW TO REGISTER YOUR HELIX.
You'll need to enter the serial number of your Helix when completing the form. 
As shown in the image below, this serial number can be found under
the dome shaped cover at the bottom of the upright handlebar post.
