Great

Ordered this machine because it’s the only one I use at the gym, therefore I have the luxury of working out anytime of the day. I prefer outdoors, but Ohio weather in the winter’s is not conducive. I went for this model because no electric needed . Overall the product is excellent, made well, works well. Very happy with results.

The best work out ever

I have loved the lateral elliptical ever since I first tried it in 2018. It is such a great workout. I love that it works my outer ind inner thighs. When I was skiing, it was a perfect way to get in shape for that sport. I wanted a different machine for my home gym, one that I would use frequently. It is never boring. (I did not want a treadmill or regular elliptical for my home gym because my gym that is 5 minutes from my house had both these machines and I could use them any time). Many gyms do not have the lateral elliptical and it is a wonderful alternative to going to the gym.

Walking tall!

I've never liked exercise. My Helix is a game changer. I'm not myself when I miss a day! I bought mine to rehab my knee. I was desperate NOT to have a knee replacement. I'm about 10 weeks into training with my Helix, and wow! How strong I feel! No more throbbing, no more clicking or unhinging in this old knee of mine! I even danced without fear of falling down. I didn't buy my Helix for vanity; but the compliments I've been getting don't hurt one bit! I haven't lost weight, but everything is firmer, higher, tighter. My posture has improved. People are noticing!
