The Helix lateral trainer is a great workout to strengthen my hips and legs without requiring heavy duty pounding on my feet, which are in bad shape.

I’ve used a different brand lateral machine in the gym before but I like this Helix one so much more! It’s compact and so efficient. I feel my muscles working immediately. My knees are thanking me too. Definitely recommend this machine!

I love this machine. It is so smooth to use and I can tell it is helping my muscles and tendons eget stronger in my legs and knees. I am only up to 16 minutes at a time but started at 5 minutes so progress!

The installation of my Helix was just completed. The guy that assembled it and moved it into the place I wanted it was super nice and very professional. I was glad I opted to have him assemble. While it looked pretty straightforward, the base was very heavy and I would have struggled moving it without help. I just started using it and can feel the burn already. I’m excited to work my way up and plan to use several times a week. I’ve wanted one for about 8 years and so excited I finally moved forward with this. Really loving it so far!
