I’ve used a different brand lateral machine in the gym before but I like this Helix one so much more! It’s compact and so efficient. I feel my muscles working immediately. My knees are thanking me too. Definitely recommend this machine!

I love this machine. It is so smooth to use and I can tell it is helping my muscles and tendons eget stronger in my legs and knees. I am only up to 16 minutes at a time but started at 5 minutes so progress!

The installation of my Helix was just completed. The guy that assembled it and moved it into the place I wanted it was super nice and very professional. I was glad I opted to have him assemble. While it looked pretty straightforward, the base was very heavy and I would have struggled moving it without help. I just started using it and can feel the burn already. I’m excited to work my way up and plan to use several times a week. I’ve wanted one for about 8 years and so excited I finally moved forward with this. Really loving it so far!

I am impressed by the quality of the trainer . I am am amazed by the level of care, follow through and communication I received from the company once I received my trainer and it did not worked because of a faulty cable. I sent an email asking how to replace the item and they immediately emailed me to apologize for the situation and send me a new one for free. I then received a follow up email for a check in. Helix has restored by faith in GREAT customer service. I worked for the Walt Disney World company for over 20 years and this is the level of service we would expect our cast members to deliver. I have become a lifetime customer and an advocate for the Helix company. Thank you GREAT SERVICE

I've had inner knee pain for the last year and a half. I went to expensive physical therapists with no real results. This pain affected not only my running but even my walking. I took the plunge with a lateral trainer and it has made all the difference in the world. Within two weeks, my inner knee pain has gone. It must be because it works certain inside and outside muscles that support the inner knee.
