This has been a fantastic addition to my home exercise equipment. There isn't anything similar at my local gym, it strengthens muscles that I usually don't focus on enough in my typical workout routine, has done wonders for my knees and back, and it lets you break a sweat in 10 minutes at home when you don't have time to change and go to the gym. Total luxury and huge gain in quality of life!

I'm happy with this purchase. It's great for warm-up before doing other exercises, and I like that it gets my joints moving in different directions than other equipment. It is a solid, heavy piece of equipment. No issues so far, after several months of use. I do wish it had more resistance.

I love that it's easy on my knees and gives me a great workout. I always sweat alot!

The machine itself is great. I put it together easily by myself. A few of the instructions were out of order but it’s pretty much common sense.

Delivery was a nightmare and I underestimated the process. It arrived quickly but on a pallet (which I knew) on the sidewalk in front of my house. I was under the impression it would be only partially assembled so we could move it in piece by piece. The bottom piece is so heavy it wouldn’t budge. I couldn’t leave it on my sidewalk for long- I live in Minnesota and it’s cold/snowy/rainy. I had to call movers and have them get it inside. I paid $350 to helix and $250 to get it inside.

Once inside and assembled it’s great! It’s small so great for a smaller space. The only tricky part was the resistance cable when assembling. I didn’t realize it wasn’t in the proper place so had to take a piece off to fix (super simple). So far love the machine! Just plan better than I did for delivery!
