Wow!!

LOVE my Helix more than I imagined! Customer service was absolutely stellar and more than made up for a very minor issue. I not only got the recumbent for myself, but also for my parents to use due to their ongoing back/knee issues. So far, the workouts haven’t aggravated those issues and they still get a great workout. I also enjoy the workout and hope it’ll prevent me from having some of the same knee issued as my parents as I age. Also, I was terrified at the prospect of assembling my Helix, but it was much easier than I thought and managed to put it together myself in a decent amount of time. I’m definitely looking forward to feeling and seeing the results after consistent use!
