To participate in the Helix® Spiff Program, you MUST be registered with up-to-date information.

FILE A SPIFF CLAIM
After registering, please make sure you have a scanned copy of your sales receipt with the Helix® serial number ready to attach as a file on the Spiff Claim form. Once that’s ready, simply click the button below and fill out the form.
