Absolutely LOVE this machine! I am limited to what I can do due to a knee injury in the military. This machine is literally helping me rebuild my knee/leg strength with little to zero impact on my knees and/or hips. You feel every bit of the workout within the first couple minutes. By the time I do 10-15 mins (alternating directions every minute) I feel like I accomplished a full leg/lower body workout. More than I ever have using weights. I have a Treadclimber and Tonal Gym and this is by far my favorite workout! Highly recommend this fun workout machine, especially to those who have limitations due to knee and hip issues! Can’t rave enough about the Helix Lateral Trainer! Worth every penny!!
