The absolute best cardio machine made!

This machine is the real deal. It gives me the best workouts in a small amount of time. I would have to go at least an hour on other popular cardio machines. The Helix gives me an amazing workout in 30 mins or less! I would recommend this model because it's very sturdy and can take a beating! Worth every penny I spent on it.

Best workout ever!
