Hip opener

the thera scoop is great for loosening up before or after a day on the tennis courts as it can be a warmup a cool down or a workout on its own depending on how you want to use it. The fact that you go in multiple directions really helps not with just endurance but mobility which is the most important aspect of training these days. Especially with my job of being a tennis professional

The exerciser is a must-have

My Therascoop is a daily favorite—I use it for an hour, and it's visibly helping my hip flexors, hips, knees, and lower back. The difference in my overall body is remarkable.
